The houses
Each is chosen for its architectural character, its history, and the atmosphere it alone can create. Over the years, these houses have welcomed artists, writers and some of the most influential figures of their time. In recent years, some have opened only for exceptional private meetings hosted by the President of the French Republic.
The chef
It is entrusted to a rising, Michelin-starred chef, chosen for the singularity of his cuisine, his inventiveness, and his desire to create a menu for that occasion alone.
The cuisine responds to the architecture and history of the house. The wines are selected with the same care, in precise harmony with what is served.
What it is not
It is an encounter between a place, a chef and a small circle of guests, conceived for one occasion and impossible to reproduce elsewhere.
What happens at these tables, and who is at them, is never published.
